The Inner Mongolia Alxa Right Banner 1 Million Kilowatt Wind-Solar-Storage Base Guaranteed Project is located in Alxa League's Alxa Right Banner, Alateng'aobao Town. The site features semi-desert terrain with harsh environment, sparse vegetation, and low population density. Abundant wind resources create favorable conditions for regional development. This project utilizes wind turbines with the largest concrete towers currently deployed onshore in China, with a unit capacity of 10MW and a total installed capacity of 1 million kilowatts. Hopewind provided 100 units of 10MW dual-feed converters for this project, which achieved initial grid connection on December 23, 2024.
