What You'll Be Doing:

· Identifying and developing long-term relationships with solar distribution channels and strategically important customers;

Qualifications:

We're Looking for Someone Who:

· Should be a graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 3+ Years of relevant experience in Sales/BD roles with at least 2 Years in Solar Components (On grid Inverters/ Solar Modules/ PCS/ Batteries) Sales;

· Is a self-starter, highly motivated individual with good communication, presentation skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills;

· Has proven the Account Management skills required to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships;

· Has experience in managing Solar EPC/Distributor key accounts for technical problem solving and business development activities;

· Has good Technical knowhow of Solar Photovoltaic Systems, Solar On Grid String Inverters, International/BIS certifications, etc. for String Inverters is preferred;

· Has experience in working with Govt. Agencies, Tender technical approvals, and liaising for product approvals with state nodal agencies and Discoms will be a plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

Directly report to European Service Director.

• Support local Country Manager for After-sales requirements.

• Provide onsite support for: Pre-Commissioning/ Commissioning /Fault Diagnostics/Site training/Service Partner Support.

  • New product introduction: Cooperate with the R&D Department of China headquarters to participate in technical management standards, production process flow, new product development program validation, timely arrangement and organization of trial production, and continuously improve the manufacturability of the company's products.

  • Production Safety Management: Coordinate and grasp production safety, site management, labor protection, environmental protection and other special work.

  • Documentation, statistical management: responsible for doing a good job of production statistics accounting and quality management and other basic management work, supervision of production-related original records, ledgers, reports management

  • Tooling, equipment management: Supervise the relevant departments and positions to do a good job in the production of instruments, tooling equipment, measuring instruments maintenance and overhaul work, according to the standard arrangement of equipment overhaul time.

  • Production cost management: establish production cost and efficiency accounting model, formulate relevant standards, regularly account for, check and assess the implementation of production costs, rationalize the scheduling and arrangement of resources, and achieve production cost control objectives.

  • Performance& business management: responsible for organizing business guidance and training for managers at all levels of the workshop, and regular inspection, assessment and evaluation of their work
