The project adopts Hopewind HD2000 Series basic rectifier system to drive the 8*132kW shield machine cutter head motor. The frequency conversion control adopts the “one driving one” mode. That is, one motor is equipped with a frequency converter, so that the rotate speed and torque of the masterdrive can be accurately adjusted and the masterdrive can still run in the case of a single frequency converter failure. The whole machine is configured with complete Hopewind cabinet, while the heat dissipation of each power unit adopts independent air duct design to ensure that the system meets the protection level of IP55.

The whole set of frequency converter meets the demands of customers and perfectly adapts to the harsh operating environment on site. After Hopewind HD2000 Frequency Conversion System is put into operation, it always runs stably and is highly recognized by customers.
