The HC of Zhangjiayuan Wind Farm in Tongxin, Ningxia uses 100 Huachuang direct-drive wind turbines. As the operating years increase, spare parts procurement is difficult. According to customer needs, the wind turbines are domestically renovated. Hopewind personnel overcome many difficulties such as tight construction periods, heavy tasks, high hub temperatures, and harsh field environments at the renovation site. In this project, Hopewind Electric provides a more cost-effective pitch control renovation scheme. For the entire 100 sets of pitch control systems of the wind turbine unit, all use Hopewind's self-developed PMD100 integrated pitch drive. Firmly grasp the elements of "safety", "quality" and "efficiency" of project construction, unify thinking, bravely shoulder heavy responsibilities, and safely, efficiently and with high quality complete the on-site pitch control renovation work. Vigorously carry forward the Hopewind spirit and gain high recognition from customers.

After the project is renovated, the hardware localization rate of key components of the wind turbine unit's electric control system is more than 95%, and the software localization rate is 100%. This project focuses on solving the "bottleneck" problem of domesticization technology of electric control systems, effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of wind turbine units. It has "benchmark demonstration" significance for building digital and intelligent wind power and implementing batch renovation and promotion applications.
